    Well, well, well....

Had been really, really excited when I woke up!!
    Know why? Ha ha!
'Cos it's the HOME ECONOMICS PRACTICAL EXAMS!!!

It's one of the test that I will really look forward to.
But, too bad, that's no such subject combination in my school.
If not, I think I will take it already. Haha!

But, I only like the cooking part,
not the theory part, nor the project report part.
    Ha ha!

Well, we didn't finish on time.
It's not because of our time management, it's because of the OVEN!!!
The rest of the dishes was already ready, but the baked rice was not!!
It's just sort-of-like diffferent from the one we used when we had our trail practices both in Wei Xin's house and also in school.

When we served, the rice was "shou-zhong-dai-sheng"-->In cooked, there's still uncooked (It's a direct translation.).

Well, it was me who taught of this at first!! Ha ha!
In the whole group, only a person like me will think of such names, and actions, jokes, to liven the whole atmosphere.

It leads me to think of life.
In life, there'll always be goods and bads, well and unwell, just like the cooked and uncooked rice.

But, how are you gonna handle it?
To me, I think there are probably 2 things a person will do.
    1. To eat it
    2. To throw it away

    What will you do?

    Why???!?

    • ... would you eat?

    - To save food?

    - To taste it for yourself?

    - Etc...

    • ... would you throw?

    - Don't like it?

    - Don't know the importance of it?

    As for me,

I will most probably choose to eat it.

This is because I feel that this type of mixture of rice can actually be visualised as "PROBLEMS".

"Eating" and "throwing" are actually ways to solve your problems.

To eat it, would be actually to know your problem, to know the solutions, and then choose the best solution to solve it. And also, internalize the problem, so that you will not have another similiar or same problem.

As for throwing it away, I think it's actually a method people use when they don't want to solve the problem, instead, just running away from it only!!

How much can you do? How much can you grow? How much can you learn..?

Well, stop here and you guys go and evaluate on your own!!

Our grp really did a lot for this practical. We went for trails, testings, discussions, etc.

Ok, then got maths, followed by english, then a short while of mother tongue.

I got to go already. Talk soon again :)

    Friday, September 22, 2006
    I'm really tired physically.
Went to sleep last night at 2!!!
Just to finish those Maths Specimen PaperS!!!

    But well,
Really thank God for the strength that pulled me through.

    SCHOOL
Was really so packed up today!!

    There was Science CA.
At least, this was already scheduled to be taken, thus it was still manageable.

To tell the truth, this paper was really "short and sweet".
    Ha ha!!

    Then we've got Maths CA.
This was supposed to be on Tues.
But Mdm Lim postponed it, so that we can study more.

After this test, it was Literature.
    I was shaking.
I was chosen with 3 other people to present a work.

    And, I HATE PRESENTING!!!!!

But, who knows, it's gonna be our Literature CA!!!!
She didn't mention it at all.
And we need to write a lot for those few questions.

    Well, shouldn't talk much here...
    Let's move on. Ha ha!

    STRING ENSEMBLE AT YMP

Well, after school, went back to my primary school to "coach" my juniors and such.
    It was really disastrous!!!

The people were all not focused, and they were running about.
Even at their free time, they chose to sit there and do nothing, or worse still, eating.
Not even learning the rhythm, the notes.

    My gosh...!
They don't have a sense of urgency.

What's gonna happen to them when the seniors leave?
They're gonna be on their own!!!
    There's no instrutors, no what.

The trick: The skills and so on, are passed firstly from, the 2004- First batch(Me, Huda, blah, blah, blah...)'s instructor --> Ms. Pauline Tay. But now, she's not teaching us already.

Think it was somewhen in 2005 when she stopped.
Well, gotta cut this entry short, don't get out of point.

So, the skills was passed from the first batch, then the second, and now, the third!!!
We can't just let all this be stopped here!!!

Next, the time that we all have for String Ensemble Practice is very short.
+ The way you are all wasting time, the time left will be very, very little!!
    = To lesser quality

So, I really hope that this attitude will stop here, ppl.
It's not going to work with this attitude.
I really hope that you all can put in more effort, take pride and be serious!!!

Even the simple song that we practised today, you all can't play it well.
I know that I'm being too straight here.

It's no wonder that Mr. Tong said that we are the "BEST", but from the BOTTOM!!

*PLEASE, REALLY START ALL OVER AGAIN.
    **CHANGES ARE EXPECTED!!

(: I hope that I can see something different in you all when I next see you all. :)

    I need to grow!!!

I'm like stuck here for don't know how long already...!

    I'LL HAVE TO MOVE ON!!!!!!!
I CAN'T BE HERE ALL THE TIME!!!!!!

TIME'S NOT GONNA WAIT FOR ME...
    I HAVE TO MOVE FORWARD!!!!!!!!!

During my QT, the atmosphere was here, and the presence of God was like "pam", and it came right from the beginning till the end...!

    Got to go now...
    Will continue again.

    11:47 PM

    Spiritually last week

I was very physically tired last week.
Sleep wasn't enough, but thank God for strength.

My Quiet Time was on ons-offs.It was't steady.

    But we'll have to think.
Who is it that we are doing for, what are you trying to show?
Is it for God? Or for showing people that you did pray?

I thought of this thing while talking to Eunice, Elise during our group's meeting.
I thought and felt that i really need to move on, and not just be stuck here, even in my basics.

I'm also having problems doing my Quiet Time.
    I'll be disturbed.

Then Elise and Eunice told me that it's important to do your Quiet Time, but even if it's a short while, make it a REAL SOLID one.

    And I heeded their advice.

Another thing would be own group's new "system".?
-- A helper would have someone under them.

But now, with another person who you'll have to guide and so on, it'll really make me seek God even more, to hear from God and so on.

So, it may be a good thing.

    8:31 PM

    Sunday...

    I'm scared.
How did such a thing happen today?

    But well, it's already happened.
    What can we do?

We can only pray and pray and pray...!

Was really thankful to Leo for treating me for lunch...
    Haha!
    Thanks loads, man!!

Say what, cos' I the youngest, then no need pay, the gors gors jies jies treat...
    Haha!
    But still, thanks loads, everyone!

Had a great time fellowshipping with you all today!!

    ------------------------------------------

    First

I love, because You first loved me
I live, because of what You gave
You died, showed me how to live
Your mercy taught me to forgive

You came and poured yourself so free
Your blood washed away my shame
And now, I can live again
I'm more of You and less of me

**My first love, forever You will be
My first breath, You're the life in me
My first joy, the world can never take from me
    My covenent. with You, Jesus

    Your love falls down
    Your love falls down
    Your love falls down
    Over me

    12:12 AM

    Friday, September 15, 2006
It's been a week and so since I last posted.

To summarise it all, lots of things happened, both GOOD and BAD.

Sleep wasn't enough... It was only 2 to 3 hours a day...
But, thanks to someone, Whom I drove my strength from...

    And He's...... my DADDY GOD!!
Well, I'm depended on Him for my source of strength, my good friend, and many more...

But, I felt that I'm not spending QUALITY TIME with Him.
I've sort of neglected Him in some ways or another.

But still, thank Him for so many things in my life.
    The path He's created.
    The journey, test, with Him.
    ETC........!!!!!

To say something, my mum knows about me praying and such. But my dad does not know it at the same time as my mum.
    But, my mum told him.

Well, daddy saw it for himself when he returned home on Wed.
To my surprise, he did not stop or object me from doing it!!

But, he only said to finish my homework before I do it.

I was so amazed when he said that!!

    Really thank God for that!

    ----------------------------------

Really enjoyed my day on Wed.
Went to Wei Xin's house to PRACTISE for our Home Eco Practical that's supposed to be on Fri.

Mei Shan, Jess and I bought some food when we were buying the ingredients.

    • All 3 of us bought: Sushi, something that I've not eaten for a long, long time.

-- From most to least: Me, Mei Shan, Jessie.

    • Mei Shan and I bought: Nonya Dumplings.
    • Wei Xin bought fried chicken pieces? But, i think it tasted a little bit too salty.
Really didn't expect that at first.
But, since it's a "rare" chance, and we were feeling very hungry, we bought those food. Haha!

When we reached, we went to eat straight away¬
At least those food can fill about 3/4 of my stomach. Haha!

We are gonna whipped out 3 dishes,

    • Main dish: Baked chicken mushroom rice (Jess)
    • Side dish: Creamy chicken salad (MeiShan, WeiXin)
    • Desert: Sweet potato soup (me)

in about an hour or so, + cleaning up.

    **So, time management is important!!!!

It's really thanks to Wei Xin's mum, that we were able to prepare those dishes.
Aunty, a very big thank you to you!!!

The dishes came out to be quite alright.
So, we made some modifications to the recipes and methods,
    hopefully, it'll be for GOOD.

Well, was so excited for this practical, but who knows,
it's gonna be postponed to next Fri.

I had really been looking forward to the Baked Mushroom Rice, which was really nice.

But looks like I'll have to wait for another 1 more week... haha!

    ----------------------------------

A HEART AFTER YOU ---> One of my favourite song :)

Create in me a new heart
    One that follows after You
    Place in me
    A deep desire
To know You as I'm known

Set my feet in Your ways
To live worthy of Your call
    Draw me near
    To You Lord
    Every single day

I just want to be more like You
    Walk with You beside me
Lord won't You be my Guide
Place Your heart inside my soul
    A heart that's ever true
    One that's after You

Ha ha!! Had been full of praises this week, or last week... :D

    So happy... :D

    My head is swelling...

Mmmm... Still deciding if I should cut my hair short, or I should just trim it, and thin it?

Well, got to go... Ha ha!
