OH YES!

I'm hereby to announce that.......
I'll be free from this WED, 21 Jan - SUN, 1 Feb !!!

due to my company's spring cleaning, CNY celebrations, and such....

Haha.

I was reading through my past revelations book last night(this early morning), before I slept.
I was wondering and thinking through the revelations I had, the experiences I'd went through.

Family Lunch

FINALLY, HAD MY FAMILY BUFFET LUNCH @ Sakura Tampines Safra with my family!

It was really a great great time spent with them!
I tell you, the last time I remembered having such family activities, was like such a long, long time ago.

Although it was me paying with my hard-earned money, I was quite happy and glad with it.
It's really this type of relationships I treasure.

Even saw a few friends of mine there with their family too.
What a coincidence, what a small world.

6B chalet cum gathering

Went for 6b'04 chalet cum gathering on Wed night, and stayed overnight( it was a very, very last minute decision).

Lots of people have changed, especially the guys!
They've become more matured, know how to take initiative, know how to serve the girls, know how to mingle more with the girls, etc!

In the past, when we organised chalets, gatherings and such, the girls and guys will be separated into two groups - guys one group, girls one group.
Therefore, this is quite a huge change to see!

So, we all chatted, played cards, told ghost stories, shared ghostly experiences, etc!
And, one of the card game was rather fun!

It's really amazing how many people came for it.
A class of 42(if I'm not wrong) in P6, and more than half the class came for the chalet!
P.S. My dear Wei Shan actually forgot the date, and thought it was today!

People who came: YT, Karen, QX, Wing, XY, Jolyn, LQ, Eun, Lut, DP, JW, WC, WQ, Kenneth, Ernest, Yuchi, KC, Mervin, Jonathan, Elton, Sadiq, Colin, Me.

But, still got JW, DP, KC, Elton, WC who will still make fun of me even till now!
Haha.

Seriously, I'll have to plan where I wanna go this year.
Be it in studying, or in ministry, there are places I wanna have a breakthrough in for year 2009.

Really thank God for so much blessings - financially, academically, in my family, personal, etc.
Overall, I think so far, I've started this year well!
Hopefully, greater to come!

Friendships ;

What would you use to measure how strong a friendship is?
- One that's gone through quarrels, etc
- One that's always been peaceful
- etc.

Is there something so small, that can arouse such a big misunderstanding?
I seriously don't know.

If it is, then where is the trust, that understanding you all have among each other?

And, I was seriously, seriously shocked by the root of the cause of the problem.
Seriously.

I've dyed and hairlighted my hair yesterday with Huan, who dyed her hair too!
Was supposed to go out with her and Qi, but in the end, Qi was so anxious about the school of her choice, that she didn't go out with us.
Instead, was practising her erhu and violin at home.

So, me, being so excited to watch the movie I wanna watch, wasn't able to watch it!
Haha.

I feel like drinking ice milo since 3 days ago, but till now, I've not bought it or made it myself!
Haha.

I felt like drinking almond for so so soooooooo long ago, and finally, I bought a bottle of almond just now during lunch break.
And now, I'm overly bloated!

狗眼看人低??

When I see how materialistic and how selfish some people are, I'd feel so hurt and sad in my heart.
Maybe that's because they need to earn that money, maybe that's because they're in a hurry..

I felt like trying Chewy Junior.
In the end, I decided to buy for my family, 'cos all of us haven't tried it before!

Who knows, when I reached there, the salesperson was just busy promoting to those adults, telling them to buy the box of 9, completing ignoring me. I stood closer and closer to the counter, but he sort-of-like didn't see me at all.
(Maybe I'm shrinking. Haha. SO, I'M GETTING SMALLER AND SMALLER!)

Well, then a lady who was at the right side of the queue, know that me and her guy was queueing at the wrong side, and didn't even bother to inform both of us that we were at the wrong side of the queue.
When the lady before me was done (supposingly my turn), she just cut my queue, and pointed to her guy saying, "The queue this side mah."
Thankfully, her guy still did ask me if I wanna go first.

I let them go first.
So now, I'm queuing behind them.

Since I wasn't in a mood to go and buy it already, I left and went back home.

*I tried uploading the pics in my camera into the office com, but it didn't work!
So, OHMYGOSH, where do I upload it?
I'm left with 20 pics more to take, if not I'll either have to get a new SD memory card, or delete some pics from the camera!

How I long to start afresh.
Since this is a new year, that should start afresh too.
Don't let it affect me, please.

It's been 8 days since the new year started already.
But, I haven't even started on it AT ALL.

How I long to get back.
How I long to start afresh.
All I need is just a little more inner strength.
All I need is just that first push and start.
All I need is that disipline.
Please.

I don't think any of my New Year Resolutions for last year was a success.
A few probably worked here and there.
But, overall, I need that DISCIPLINE, and I CAN'T PROCRASTINATE. Haha.

So, for this year, probably my few resolutions would be:
1. To be anchored firmly in God
2. To have a stronger and better relationship with Him and grow in Him
3. To have discipline
4. To stop procrastinating
5. To have a better relationship with people
6. To spent more time with my family and friends
7. To be stronger spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally

*I actually had 4 only, but when I just typed and typed, more came to mind. Haha.

P.S. And, I did increase spending more time with my family!
We went for family dinners (which didn't happen for such a long time, for as far as I could remember), went fishing (that explains my burnt & tan) !
I'm loving it too!

When's the release of 'O' levels results?

So many people's telling me that it'd be on the 9th Jan, this coming friday.

But, I don't think this is so.
There're a few reasons to justify this guess of mine.
Haha.

1. Almost all the polys are having their open house somewhen at the guessed date. So, if majority of the students visiting the polys' open house are the students getting their results on the 9th, who'll be going to the open house?
If addition, the results are usually released after open houses of polys.

2. The schools' web and MOE's web would have put up the released date by now.

3. TP's engineering wordpress web put it as 12th Jan, Monday.
